Lawyer MASURE Quentin

Quentin Masure has been working for Tiberghien since 2011. He specializes in corporate tax, business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

As part of these specializations, Quentin oversees the entire M&A process:
(i) restructuring the company,
(ii) setting up an optimal investment structure,
(iii) conducting tax due diligence (for both buyers and sellers), and
(iv) post-acquisition structuring.

Additionally, Quentin assists venture capital and private equity funds, general partners, and limited partners in structuring and setting up funds, as well as in designing incentive plans for managers.
