Frank Mortier studied law at the University of Antwerp and international tax law at the University of Vienna, where he obtained an L.L.M. in international tax law.
He joined the firm in 2000. Prior to that, he worked as an assistant at the University of Antwerp, where he supervised the additional training in tax law and business law. He also worked as a lawyer at the law firm De Bandt, Van Hecke & Lagae (now Linklaters) and as a tax advisor for Deloitte & Touche.
He is the author of numerous articles in national and international journals. In 2002, he was an IFA Research Associate at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in Amsterdam.
