• Acting as a crisis manager; providing bankruptcy support to more than 30 Belarusian companies, 1999-2003;
• Advising creditors on bankruptcy issues of more than 20 companies;
• Participating in resolving corporate conflicts between shareholders of several Belarusian companies;
• Participating in the development of over 15 partnership agreements between shareholders/members of Belarusian companies;
• Participating in negotiations and drafting prenuptial agreements in the context of divorce proceedings between spouses/business owners of various enterprises;
• Providing expert evaluation in a dispute adjudicated by a UK court;
• Successfully representing a client in a consumer dispute.
