Audrey GUILLOTIN has been a lawyer at the Nice Bar since January 2006. She graduated from the Lyon School of Lawyers (obtaining the CAPA).

Since the beginning of her professional practice, she has gained experience in health law and worked for several years in a firm specializing in medical liability and personal injury compensation.

Since 2011, she has been working in her own law firm in Nice and the PACA region, focusing mainly on medical law, personal injury law, and family law.

She holds two certificates and specializations awarded by the National Council of Bars:

• A specialization certificate in health law, obtained in 2014
• A specialization certificate in personal injury law, obtained in 2015

In addition, she earned a DESU (Advanced Studies Diploma) in Legal Compensation for Personal Injury in June 2016 from the Aix-Marseille Medical University. Her thesis focused on The Specificity of Medico-Legal Assessment of Invisible Disabilities in Victims of Cranio-Cerebral Trauma.

Audrey GUILLOTIN also teaches at IFSI (Nursing Training Institutes) in medical law and bioethics law in the Var and Alpes-Maritimes regions.

Audrey GUILLOTIN has also practiced family law since the beginning of her career.

She is a teaching assistant at the Draguignan Faculty, where she leads practical seminars for first-year law students in personal and family law.
