Loulou earned a Master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2014 and participated in exchange programs at the University of Strasbourg and in Washington, D.C. She furthered her legal studies with a specialized Master’s degree in tax law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2015. Loulou began her career as a consultant in indirect taxes at one of the Big Four consulting firms on the Belgian market.
In 2016, Loulou joined Tiberghien as an Associate in the VAT, Customs, and Excise department. She specializes in VAT related to real estate projects, import-export transactions, financial services, the public sector, VAT compliance, and VAT audits and procedures.
