A litigator at heart, Dominique BIANCHI likes to repeat that he did not become a lawyer by chance; from a young age, he knew he wanted to pursue this profession, "the most beautiful profession in the world!" Having been admitted to the Lille Bar for nearly 25 years, Dominique BIANCHI primarily works in labor law: "A human, social field that concerns everyone!" asserts Dominique BIANCHI.

His solid training in labor law and human resources leads him to mainly defend employees and employee unions. For Dominique BIANCHI, practicing law is, above all, a personal choice, and he will support, advise, and defend you in all matters related to labor law (dismissal, moral and sexual harassment, discrimination, overtime, workplace accidents, disability, occupational diseases, settlement agreements, criminal labor law, serious fault, etc.). Mr. BIANCHI mainly appears before the Employment Tribunal (Conseil de prud’hommes), the Social Tribunal (Pôle social, formerly TASS), and the Social Chamber of the Court of Appeal.

For many years, Dominique BIANCHI has also developed specific expertise in the laws and regulations affecting sanitary transport, whether related to emergency medical services or not.

Mr. BIANCHI advises ambulance companies as well as ATSUs (Association of Emergency Sanitary Transport) on specific issues such as obtaining circulation/authorization permits, checks by Health Insurance (CPAM), errors related to medical transport prescriptions (PMT), subcommittees for sanitary transport at the Regional Health Agency (ARS), regulations and coordination with SAMU (Emergency Medical Assistance Service) and SDIS (Departmental Fire and Rescue Services), as well as with hospitals.

His deep understanding of the challenges faced by ambulance transport companies enables Mr. BIANCHI to provide optimal support to his clients in an increasingly technical field.
